On Thursday, March 5th we are starting a 30 Day Yoga Challenge.
The goal of the challenge is simple- to start a regular practice!
Rules are simple- get on your mat for a minimum of 5 minutes 30 out of 40 days.
What you do on your mat is completely up to you. You can simply sit and take a few deep breaths, do a few poses, or a full length practice! You can participate in this challenge entirely at home or attend any amount of classes at the studio.
At the end of the challenge bring your completed log sheet for a chance to be entered in a draw to win a gift.
